BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police have released a composite sketch of a man whom witnesses say exposed himself to people at Lake Padden Park earlier this month.

Reports say he exposed himself near the tennis courts and again near the restrooms on the north side of the lake on Saturday, March 10th.

Another report came in later that the same man exposed himself near the boat launch the next morning.

He’s described as a stocky white man in his 50’s, 5′ 6″ to 5′ 8″, with graying strawberry blonde hair and beard.

He was wearing a brown Carhartt jacket, green pants and slippers.
