BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Washington Governor Jay Inslee will be in Bellingham on Wednesday.

Whatcom Community College is breaking ground on the new Phyllis and Charles Self Learning Commons Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.

In an email to campus faculty and staff, the College says Governor Inslee will be on hand for the ceremony between the Cascade and Kulshan buildings on campus.

Attendance is free and open to everyone.
