BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A couple was arrested during a traffic stop Friday night after deputies say the man gave a different person’s name and the woman was found to have heroin and syringes in makeup bags.
Undersheriff Jeff Parks says Jordan Cernich was booked on criminal impersonation and a Department of Corrections detainer.
Erin Martin was arrested after deputies searched the car and found a meth pipe, heroin use kits, packaging and syringes with what deputies believed was heroin already in them.
