FRIDAY HARBOR, Wash. — The State Department of Health has indefinitely suspended a San Juan County mental health counselor’s credential.
The department says Andrew Ryan Morrison agreed to the suspension after he was found to be violating boundaries and engaging in sexual misconduct with a child client.
It says he gave the minor client a TV and video games and called the client late at night for no therapeutic purpose.
He also exchanged sexually suggestive text messages with the child.
