BELLLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after an incident at an apartment complex on West Maplewood Avenue Thursday.
Police say Amber Dawn Black threatened to hit a resident who was evacuating the complex after two fire alarms were sounded around 4am that morning.
The man she threatened got back into his apartment.
When police arrived, they say Black threw a fire extinguisher station covering at them.
She was arrested and additionally charged with malicious mischief and tampering with a fire alarm.
