BELLINGHAM, Wash. — After announcing last week that he plans to run for reelection, Representative Rick Larsen will be in Bellingham again Thursday to tour STEM programs and projects.
The 2nd District Democrat, who represents Bellingham, San Juan County and parts of Skagit and Snohomish Counties, plans to visit Bellingham Technical College, Western Washington University and the Port of Bellingham.
Larsen will also meet with Western’s Institute of Energy Studies.
