BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The City of Bellingham has announced four winners for their 2018 “Essence of Bellingham” photo competition, and top prize went to “Broadway Park” by Lauren McClanahan.
The winners and 103 other notable entries will be displayed in the lobby of City Hall during a public ceremony on Friday.
The city received more than 250 photo entries to be judged on their portrayal of life in Bellingham.
Other winning photos captured paddlers on Bellingham Bay, Mount Baker views, and a local park.
