BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Award-winning Evolve Chocolate will open a café on the mezzanine of Village Books and Paper Dreams in Fairhaven early this summer.
Evolve Chocolate + Café, co-owned by Chef Christy and Shannon Fox, will offer sweets, sipping chocolates and savory options for customers.
They plan to continue operating a booth at the Saturday farmer’s market in Bellingham, as well as open a sidewalk cafe during the Fairhaven Market and for the Outdoor Cinema events.
