BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police arrested a man accused of raping two women early Sunday.
Hugo Cesar Garcia Paulino was arrested after officers responded to a report of rape on Bakerview Road.
Police say further investigation revealed a second woman accused Garcia Paulino of raping her.
Both women are known to Garcia Paulino.
