FIFE, Wash. — A school board in Fife determined a middle school principal sexually harassed teachers who were under his supervision.

The News Tribune reports four teachers at Surprise Lake Middle School appealed to the board after district administrators said in November that Jim Snider didn’t display misconduct or policy violations.

The board investigated and wrote in a letter to teachers last month that it found evidence of sexual harassment.

Snider is on special assignment at the district office, but the teachers’ lawyer says they are uncomfortable with him working there.
