BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A 67-year-old Bellingham man is in jail accused of raping a 22-year-old woman.
Police arrested Ronald D. Woods on Tuesday after the woman reported he raped her on May 30th.
She told detectives that she recently met a man in a public place who then raped her. Their investigation led to Woods.
Police served a search warrant on his home and arrested him on suspicion of 2nd degree rape.
