The Seattle Sounders lost to Sacramento Republic FC Wednesday night 2-1 in the fourth round of the U.S. Open Cup.  Harry Shipp had Seattle’s only goal.

The Sounders return to Major League Soccer play hosting D.C. United Saturday.
