BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Another incident of lewd behavior has been reported near the Western Washington University campus.

A female student reported seeing a man masturbating in a car parked in the 700 block of Billy Frank Jr. Street near campus just before 8:00 P.M. last night.

She said the 30-to-40-year-old white man was alone in a dark green or black four door sedan.

He had apparently driven off before police arrived.
