BURLINGTON, Wash. — Three people were hurt in a four-car accident just before 6:00 Saturday night in Burlington.
The State Patrol says two cars were blocking traffic on eastbound Highway 20 at Pulver Road due to a collision. The drivers were outside the vehicles looking at the damage.
An Anacortes driver approaching the scene slowed for traffic, but a Coupeville driver behind him did not and troopers say she hit the Anacortes driver, pushing him into the other two vehicles.
The drivers who had been outside their cars looking at the damage, including a 19-year-old Port Angeles woman, were taken to the hospital.
