MAPLE FALLS, Wash. — An ATV crash in Peaceful Valley put one man in Harborview Medical Center and another in jail.
The State Patrol believes James M. Tabscott of Ferndale was driving under the influence on trails north of Peaceful Valley and Deep Valley Drive when he crashed the ATV into a tree Sunday night after 8:30.
Passenger Joshua L. Bell of Maple Falls was taken to Harborview.
Tabscott was arrested on vehicular assault charges.
