BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A man in Bellingham was arrested on a slew of charges Sunday.
Lieutenant Claudia Murphy says a woman confronted Nigel Allison as he was prowling her car, so he assaulted her and grabbed her in a sexual manner, but she fought him off.
He’s accused of then stealing items from a gas station after threatening and fighting the attendant.
When police and a medic caught up to Allison, he tried to hit the medic.
Bellingham Police booked him for theft, harassment, vehicle prowl, indecent liberties and two charges of assault.
