BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Whatcom County Public Works says utility work and stormwater system upgrades are scheduled to begin Monday on Agate Heights Road and Northshore Road.
The construction will take place between 7 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. for about eight weeks.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction and flaggers will be present to direct traffic.
