BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Technical College is launching a new cosmetology degree.
The college announced the program will be located in a salon space on Railroad Avenue in downtown Bellingham starting in the fall.
Interested students can attend one of two free information sessions on August 1 to learn more about the program at the college’s main campus.
