BOW, Wash. — Traffic was also snarled south of Bellingham for several hours Wednesday afternoon.
An RV caught fire near Bow Hill, blocking all lanes of southbound I-5.
There was a miles long back up as traffic was diverted to Chuckanut Drive while crews put out the fire and moved the wreckage.
