BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police arrested a man on first degree child rape charges after a young girl came forward.
Daniel Jesus Llanos was arrested Tuesday after the initial call on July 12, where a girl known to Llanos told police he had sexually assaulted her.
Police say Llanos admitted what he had done to officers.
