SEATTLE, Wash. — Washington cities aren’t the best for renters.
A report from WalletHub compared 182 rental markets based on over twenty different measures of attractiveness, like affordability and safety.
Though Seattle, Tacoma, Vancouver and Spokane weren’t ranked as the worst places for renters, high rental prices kept them low on the list.
Out of 182 cities studied, Seattle finished at 131, Vancouver at 147, Spokane at 149, and Tacoma at 163.
Arizona won big with six cities in the top 10 best places for renters and Detroit ranked last.
