FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — A teen is missing from Federal Way.
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is asking for help from the public to find 15-year-old Javaughn Weems.
The agency reports Weems was last seen in Federal Way on July 19.
She’s described as 5’7″ with brown eyes and naturally black hair, but she may have dyed it purple or a sandy color instead.
