BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Who will move on to the general election in November is still up in the air for three local elections.

2nd District U.S. Representative Rick Larsen will defend his seat in the general election, but four of his challengers are hovering around 7%, so it’s not clear who he will face.

Debra Lekanoff holds on to the lead for 40th District State Representative while three others, with about 19% of the vote each, fight to claim the second spot on the ballot.

The race for a Court of Appeals Judge seat has Tom Seguine out in front, while Cecily Hazelrigg-Hernandez and Lisa Keeler go head-to-head with a mere 600 votes separating them.

The next ballot count will be released on the 20th, the day before the vote is certified.
