BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police traffic emphasis patrols are finding distracted drivers.
The department says on its Facebook page that officers witnessed forty-two violations and issued twenty-five tickets during a four-hour patrol at Lakeway and Lincoln last Friday.
Eighteen of the citations were for using a cell phone while driving.
