BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The City of Bellingham is hosting a Waypoint Park Celebration at the newly opened waterfront park.
From 3-5 P.M. Friday, there will be speakers, live music and an art dedication, and Mayor Kelli Linville will be there.
Mayor Linville says the city has been working for years to bring public access to Bellingham’s central waterfront and this party will celebrate their success.
