OLYMPIA, Wash. — A government building in Olympia was evacuated Wednesday afternoon after someone reported a bomb was inside.

The State Patrol says a thorough search of the Highway Licensing Building turned up nothing.

Troopers don’t know who made the call and The Seattle Times reports there are conflicting reports on the target of the threat, but the building houses the Department of Licensing and the Attorney General’s Office.

Despite clearing the building, troopers didn’t allow anyone back inside throughout the day.
