PORT ORCHARD, Wash. — A Port Orchard pot shop is facing its second license suspension since 2016 for selling to a minor.
The Kitsap Sun reports an employee of Greenway Marijuana sold pot to an 18-year-old woman doing a compliance check for the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
Greenway was fined more than $3,000 and their retailer license will be suspended for 15 days.
Since 2016, eight Kitsap pot shops have been cited for selling to a minor.
