PORT ANGELES, Wash. — Clallam County Prosecutor Mark Nichols is asking a district judge to dismiss a sexual harassment lawsuit against him.
The Peninsula Daily News reports Nichols’ former office manager and longtime friend Tina Hendrickson says he gave her unwanted hugs, tried to kiss her and denied her a raise because she resisted his advances.
Hendrickson, who is married, says she was “disgusted” and filed a human resources complaint in 2017 when he said he’d be “interested in a romantic relationship.”
Nichols denies any allegations of wrongdoing.
