BELLINGHAM, Wash. — It’s decision time for Washingtonians in the 2018 Election.

The Whatcom County Auditor’s Office mails out ballots Wednesday, which include for everyone a choice on moreĀ gun control, a fuel tax, and our U.S. Senator for the next six years.

The state is paying for postage on ballots returned by mail in an effort to increase voter participation.

Ballots can also be returned in one of the 18 official ballot drop boxes around the county.

If you’re registered to vote and you haven’t gotten your ballot by next Friday, contact the Auditor’s Office.
