BELLINGHAM, Wash. — After more than sixty years serving breakfast, lunch and dinner at the corner of Alabama and James Street, Lee’s Drive-In is shutting down the kitchen.
Owner Tim Trott, who has worked at the restaurant for over 50 years, told KGMI that it is time to retire.
Tim credits his wonderful staff for helping make Lee’s Drive-In a success.
Lee’s was named after Tim’s father Lee Trott, who opened the business in 1957.
It is official that the last day for Lee’s is this Sunday when the doors close at 3 PM.
