MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — The curbside recycling pickup program in Skagit County may be expanding.
Skagit County’s Solid Waste Division Manager Margo Gillaspy told the Skagit Valley Herald that curbside pickup for residents of unincorporated Skagit County is only available west of Highway 9.
She says as the population continues to grow in east county, it may be time to consider expanding.
Skagit County is now seeking input on the idea from east county residents in an online survey.
