BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Soon you’ll be able to get your warm cookie fix almost any time of day thanks to a new Bellingham business.
Insomnia Cookies says they’re set to open this fall in the Sehome Village, serving and delivering warm cookies daily from 9 AM until 3 AM.
Insomnia Cookies is a late-night bakery concept headquartered in Philadelphia founded by a college student in 2003.
Their other Washington location is in Pullman.
