BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Technical College and the Whatcom Alliance for Health Advancement are teaming up for a free community event offering help for those signing up for a health insurance plan.
BTC is hosting the enrollment event, open to the community and students, on Tuesday, December 4th, 11 AM to 2 PM at the Morse Center on campus.
Certified health insurance experts will help guide attendees through.
Attendees need to bring personal identification, the names, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers of all household members, proof of income, tax filing status, and current health plan information.
Health insurance open enrollment for 2019 coverage is shorter this year and ends on December 15.
