BLAINE, Wash. — A Canadian man was arrested at the Peace Arch border crossing Monday.
Blaine Police Sgt. Michael Munden says Customs and Border Patrol officers discovered a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle of 19-year-old Agustin Rodriguez-Cisneros Monday morning as he was entering Washington.
The case was referred to Blaine Police since the suspect is under 21.
Munden says Rodriguez-Cisneros was cited for minor in possession and released with a court date.
