BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police are thanking the public for helping them identify the man they say robbed the Fringe Boutique on State Street Tuesday morning.
Matthew Shane Harrell was arrested Thursday on felony harassment and robbery charges.
No one was hurt during the armed robbery and it’s not clear what he took, but Fringe had reopened for business the following day.
