BELLINGHAM, Wash. — More than 12,000 people in Whatcom County are without power Monday morning.
The largest outage stretches from north of Maple Falls to just south of Lake Whatcom and affects about 11,300 PSE customers.
Other smaller outages are scattered around Whatcom County.
Crews hope to get power up and running for most customers this morning.
