BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Fairhaven is getting a sweet surprise for Valentine’s Day.

Edaleen Dairy announced they’re opening their sixth Whatcom County location in the Fairhaven Village Inn building on Thursday, February 14.

The store will rotate twenty-four flavors of hard ice cream sourced from milk produced at its farm north of Lynden.

“The farm is less than 2 miles from the processing plant and not many ice cream companies can transform milk into ice cream within 20-24 hours of leaving the cow . . . . it’s what makes us special and so amazingly fresh.” says General Manager Mitch Moorlag.

They’ll also have soft-serve, cakes, milk, and even Greek yogurt.
