SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. — A man was arrested in Sedro-Woolley Monday for investigation of a felony DUI charge after a crash at about 5:30 PM.
KIRO reports the man, identified in the Skagit County jail roster as Edwin Jonas Potter, was driving on Cook Road just west of Highway 9 when he crashed.
Officers say Potter was more than three times over the legal blood alcohol limit.
He has four prior DUI convictions.
