BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Ferndale man was booked into jail Friday for multiple charges related to sexually assaulting two children and raping a woman several times.
Bellingham Police say Clayton Evan Cummings faces one child rape and six child molestation charges for sexual assaults that happened several years ago, when both children were younger than eleven.
Cummings would have been a teenager when the assaults happened.
The 27-year-old is facing other rape charges related to a woman who accuses Cummings of raping her four times between May and August of 2018.
