FERNDALE, Wash. — It’s “Sunshine Week” in Ferndale, where the local government shines a light on their public documents.
This week, they will be using their social media outlets to highlight some of the thousands of documents residents can access on the City’s website, like City contracts and other agreements.
Sunshine Week is spearheaded by the American Society of News Editors, and hundreds of media organizations, civic groups, nonprofits and schools nationwide participate.
