OLYMPIA, Wash. — The state’s bump stock buy-back program is already out of money.
The State Patrol says they collected 1,000 bump stocks in four days of buy-backs.
Owners got $150 for each bump stock.
Lawmakers set aside $150,000 for the buy-back program, but the State Patrol is still accepting the devices.
A national ban on the rifle attachments took effect Tuesday.
