SEATTLE, Wash. — Amazon’s cashless stores will soon accept cash.

The company is facing backlash from critics who are saying the Amazon Go stores discriminate against those that don’t have credit cards or bank accounts.

KOMO News reports Amazon is working to accept cash, but they did not confirm when it would happen.

Philadelphia banned cashless stores earlier this year, followed by the state of New Jersey.

New York, San Francisco, and other cities are considering similar laws.
