TOPPENISH, Wash. (AP) — A Bellingham resident was identified as one of four people killed in a crash in Yakima County involving a SUV and a semi-trailer.
The State Patrol says the SUV was driving Tuesday morning near Toppenish when the driver ran a stop sign on Highway 97 and hit the semi.
The Yakima County Coroner confirmed 41-year-old Frances Northover of Bellingham and three other passengers died.
Two others in the SUV and the semi driver were injured.
