The Washington State Legislature approved the 2020-2021 state capital budget on April 27, providing $2 million in funding for a new Birch Bay Vogt Community Library. That launched a major fundraising campaign to raise nearly $3 million more needed to build the library along Birch Bay’s waterfront.
