BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Police need help to identify a man who threatened someone with a weapon near Sehome High School earlier this month.

The Bellingham Police Department posted a sketch of the suspect on their Facebook page on Monday, June 3.

On May 7, he allegedly brandished a weapon at the victim in the 2700 block of Bill McDonald Parkway and told them to follow him.

The victim got away unharmed and called the police.

The suspect is described as a 30-40-year-old male of Hispanic descent, and about 5’6″ tall with a medium build.

The BPD says he was wearing a white hard hat, canvas jacket, orange sweatshirt with reflective striping, brown pants and black work boots on the date in question.
