BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A three-alarm fire in an apartment on Alabama Street sent one person to the hospital and snarled traffic in the Roosevelt Neighborhood for a couple of hours Tuesday afternoon.
BFD Assistant Chief Andy Day says the fire started at the Crimson Hill apartments and the damage was contained to a single apartment.
Police closed Alabama Street to traffic in both directions from Undine to Woburn, and closed Woburn street southbound from Alabama Street to Texas Street from about 1 to 3 PM.
One person was taken to St. Joseph’s with injuries.
