BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Bellingham food truck owner is trying to pick up the pieces after his livelyhood was destroyed by an apparent arson fire.
The Bellingham Herald reports Jose Robles was awakened early last Friday by fire fighters who told him his taco truck, Tacos El Tule, was on fire.
Investigators determined the fire was deliberately set, and Robles says it was a complete loss.
It was the second taco truck to go up in flames within days in Bellingham.
A kitchen fire gutted La Gloria Market’s taco truck in the 4800 block of Meridian Street earlier in the week.
