BLAINE, Wash. — Volunteers with the Community Assistance Program and the Interfaith Coalition in Blaine have started collecting warm winter clothing during their annual drive running through the end of the month.
New and gently used winter items are requested, with demand especially high for 2-X and 3-X sizes as well as clothing for infant and toddlers.
There is also a great need for warm winter socks in all sizes.
According to The Northern Light, volunteers are also needed to help sort, organize, and distribute the donated clothing.
