BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Two Bellingham emergency preparedness programs are recipients of grants from the Puget Sound Energy Foundation.
The Whatcom Family YMCA received $10,000 to improve public safety, accessibility, and emergency preparedness.
The Lhaq’temish Foundation also received $10,000 for their community safety program.
The foundation’s next funding round closes next month.
