BLAINE, Wash. — The identity of an elderly woman who was found dead in a submerged car at the Blaine Harbor boat launch hasn’t been released.
How the car ended up in the water also hasn’t been disclosed.
Blaine Police say local boaters who were launching their craft spotted the car under the water Sunday morning.
Numerous agencies assisted in pulling the car from the water and retrieving the body.
An autopsy was scheduled Tuesday.
